PRESENTATIONS:
There will be an invited presentation at the opening of each session, as well as regular oral presentations and a new format for the fast and effective oral presentation of the posters of TWO-FIVE minutes called “flash talk presentation”.
1. “Regular” Oral Presentations: They will last 15 minutes. Of these 1 minute will be for the moderator of the session to introduce the speaker and for him to take place to begin his presentation. Each speaker must be extremely rigorous in respecting the restriction of completing the talk, since the moderators will be very strict in maintaining this limit and will inflexibly cut those presentations that exceed this limit. There will be a period of time for an open discussion that will close all the oral presentations of the session where aspects related to all the presentations will be discussed.
2. “Flash talk” presentations: Duration of 2-5 minutes. TWO-FIVE power point slides will be allowed per work presented. The moderators will be VERY strict controlling that (i) each poster is summarized in only two slides with the content that has been established above, (ii) each presenter will not use more than 2 minutes in the “flash” presentation. If you are one of our poster presenters, go ahead and get this challenge.
3. "Posters": During the first day of the Symposium, participants will be informed about the panel assigned to their poster. The maximum size of the posters is 120 x 80 cm. The material to fix them will be provided during the registration of the participants. The poster should cover the key points of your work. The title of your poster should appear at the top in CAPITAL LETTERS about 25mm (1 ”) high. The name of the authors and their affiliation should be placed under the title. You can add a photo of the poster presenter in this area. The smallest font size on th poster should be, at least, 9 mm. Make your poster as self-explanatory as possible.
